First of all, you need to wash your feet. Believe it or not, it works. Only rinsing your feet in the shower will not work. Feet should be washed using a brush or washcloth, thoroughly rinsing the space between the toes. Pay special attention to whether there are any areas of inflammation, cracks, fungus on the skin. All of these changes can also be a source of bad odor. After washing, be sure to dry your feet before putting on socks or shoes. In the warm areas of the skin, optimal conditions are created for the growth of fungi and other microorganisms.

Antiperspirant for feet. Teymurov's paste can be used as an antiperspirant. This remedy has been used to reduce perspiration for many decades. The paste can be purchased at the pharmacy at an affordable price. True, like any other drug, it is capable of causing an allergic reaction and has a number of contraindications for use, which you must first familiarize yourself with.

Oak bark baths. For their preparation, 3 tablespoons of oak bark are brewed in boiling water, infused for 15 minutes, then the feet are immersed in water for 15-20 minutes. Such procedures tan the skin, blocking the outflow from the sweat glands. They should not be used for a long time, since sweat, not finding a way out, can cause an inflammatory reaction. Therefore, a seven-day course once a month will be enough.

A mixture of alcohol and vinegar. They are combined in a 1: 1 ratio, applied to a cotton pad, with which the feet are then processed. Only there is a risk that the smell of sweat will change to a vinegar scent. To prevent this from happening, you can additionally drop a little essential oil with a pleasant smell (mint, thyme, tea tree) on the cotton wool.

Change shoes or socks. Or both. Poor quality synthetic materials can be the main cause of increased sweating and unpleasant "odor". Especially synthetics and rubber "sin" with this. Summer sandals are best to choose as open as possible, made of leather or fabric (linen, nettle, canvas). It is better to take cotton socks and change them daily.

Talc. Dries skin and reduces perspiration. It is used only in case of profuse sweating, when the feet are constantly wet and comfortable conditions are created for the growth and development of microbes. The main thing is not to overdo it with talcum powder - if you dry out the skin, you can earn a number of unpleasant complications.

Spice. Allspice, chopped cinnamon stick, a few cloves will not get rid of excess sweat, but at least they will eliminate the unpleasant "aroma". They need to be put in closed shoes at night so that the smell becomes fresh by morning.
