How to optimize sleep during the day in a 7 month old baby (HB + complementary foods)

Hello! It all depends on how much complementary foods you give your child before bed. Chances are that you are giving a little more than you need to, and therefore your child does not sleep well at night.

Try to cut your complementary foods in half before bed, and be sure to supplement with breast milk. You need to ask your local pediatrician to calculate the amount of nutrition for the baby. These calculations are based on your child's body weight, length and monthly weight gain.

To optimize your daytime sleep, you need to create good conditions for it. First, the child needs to move a lot, do gymnastics for him, keep him occupied, again, make sure that he does not overeat, because this can irritate the gastrointestinal tract and disturb the child. Stay close to your baby when he falls asleep, the contact between mother and baby at this age plays a very important role.
