Spinach and zucchini puree soup:

100 g spinach
½ small vegetable marrow
½ glass of water
½ glass of milk
1 tsp butter
1 tsp flour
1 egg yolk
salt to taste
Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
Finely chop the spinach.
Place vegetables in a saucepan and cover with water. Simmer over low heat until tender. Dilute flour with milk, pour into boiling vegetables. Season with salt and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Rub the hot mixture through a sieve and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Grind the boiled yolk with butter and add to warm soup before feeding.

Plums baked with ginger:

4 large plums (~ 500 gr.) Cut in half, remove seeds.
¼ tsp ground ginger
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease the baking dish with oil.
Place the plum halves, cut side up, into a baking dish and sprinkle with ginger.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the plums are tender and the juice begins to bubble.
Remove from oven, cool and peel.
Depending on the age of the child, chop the flesh into large or small pieces. (Can be chopped in a blender). Stir in the remaining juice in the baking dish.

Baked apples:

Wash and core the apples.
Fill with chopped nuts (optional), raisins.
Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 150 degrees for about an hour.
Add honey to chilled apples to taste.
