You can cook with garlic:

  • Cheese snack. Grate 100 g of cheese on a fine grater, add the finely grated clove of garlic and mix with a tablespoon of sour cream. This appetizer is tasty both as a separate dish and as a spread on bread.
  • Vegetable Salad. Chop one tomato, one bell pepper and one cucumber, add diced feta cheese (50-100 g) to them. Squeeze juice from one clove of garlic, mix with olive oil and season salad.

The well-known pediatrician considers the preventive effect of garlic to be not as pronounced as its psychological effect on the condition of the child's relatives.

Komarovsky does not deny that laying out such a vegetable in the children's room is a preventive measure against colds, but if the disease begins, this vegetable, according to the popular pediatrician, will no longer help.

  • If the baby reacted to a pair of garlic or the addition of this vegetable to food with a severe allergic reaction, call a doctor for an antihistamine prescription.
