There are mixed opinions about whether all children need vitamin supplements. So, the Union of Pediatricians of Russia considers them necessary, and Dr. Komarovsky believes that a balanced diet is quite enough.

Reviews

Finnish children's vitamins receive mostly good reviews from parents. Mothers emphasize that such drugs are effective, well tolerated by children and have a beneficial effect on the appetite, general condition and immunity of babies. Children often like the taste of Finnish vitamins, and almost never allergic reactions.

The only drawbacks of such additives are the difficulties with purchasing in Russia and the rather high cost.

Replacement products

If it is not possible to purchase vitamins from Finland for the baby, the mother can replace them with a similar complex of multivitamins from other manufacturers, for example, Alphabet, Pikovit or Supradin.

In the same time vitamin complexes can be successfully replaced with food, after all, it is from food that the child receives the main nutrients.

So that children do not experience a lack of vitamin or mineral compounds, their diet should contain:

  • Fish dishes.
  • Cereals, bread.
  • Dairy.
  • Eggs.
  • Meat dishes.
  • Vegetable oils and seeds.
  • Fresh vegetables
  • Berries and fruits.
  • Greens and other foods.
