When a child appears in a family, parents agree only for the best for him. The newborn is still completely defenseless in front of any inconveniences of the surrounding world, therefore, mom and dad want to make his stay in this world as comfortable as possible, especially since this attitude will provide a higher degree of comfort for the parents themselves. One of the most important devices to bring happiness to the whole family is the stroller.
Many families, faced with skyrocketing costs, opt for inexpensive and little-known Chinese brands, but if possible, avoid doing this. It would be much better for the prospect to turn their attention to the products of a popular brand, proven by millions of consumers, of which, for example, Chicco can be a good example.

Making a choice in favor of one or another wheelchair brand actually means entrusting your child in the hands of the company's developers, and this can be done only if you understand who they are and where they are from. As is often the case, a well-known company today was originally created for completely different needs. Pietro Catelli, the founder of the brand in question, got into big business in 1946, when he founded a sales agency for ... medicines. The very agency called Artsana and still exists, did not produce anything, but it established a really good distribution network throughout Italy, which in the future helped a lot in the distribution of children's goods.
A new undertaking appeared thanks to the fact that the founder of Artsana had a son, in whom his father literally doted. The picky dad was inclined to criticize most of the products for children of that time, so at some point it occurred to him that he himself could have done better, and at the same time make a lot of money distributing his products through Artsana outlets. The new company, named Chicco (in Italian, it correctly reads "Kikko") in honor of the diminutive form of the name of his son - Enrico, began to produce a variety of products for children under three years of age.
It turned out that Pietro Catelli is good not only in distributing goods, but also in their production - in his homeland, in Italy, the new brand very quickly gained wide popularity. Having begun his ascent to the peaks in 1958, ten years later he had grown to the level of opening the first foreign representative office - the choice fell on Spain. The following decades only expanded the geography of such representative offices, which were also opened in the USA, Turkey, Brazil and Argentina. In recent years, the company has faced an even more significant expansion - branches were opened in new countries, among which there was a place for Russia.
Today Chicco is an absolute role model in the production of baby products. The "Echo" is already somewhat outdated, but still found in some stores, the "cane", which has both single and double modifications. In essence, it is a typical "cane" - it weighs relatively little, takes up little space, but is still not preferable for a child due to the peculiarities of the seat design. In a two-seater version, babies sit side by side, so this solution will not be practical for traveling by elevator.

It should be clarified that it is no longer possible to buy a new stroller of one of these models in the summer of 2018 - they have been discontinued and ended in warehouses, because such an acquisition is possible only with hands.

This is not surprising, given that the company does not just come from Italy, but from the outskirts of Milan, which is the world center of the fashion industry. Before entering the world market and coming to us, such strollers had to conquer the world capital of fashion, and therefore their creators simply had no right to push design issues into the background.

The Chicco company has become so successful that it is completely unusual for it to ignore the little things, and therefore parents, choosing the best model for their child, should behave accordingly.
Traditionally considered good are those strollers that are small in size, in particular, they can easily get into the elevator even without folding. Such a requirement is reasonable, therefore it will be useful to first measure the width of the elevator opening in order to find out whether the model you like will fit there.
However, it should also be understood that the Chicco stroller is an acquisition for several years in advance, and the child will grow up over time. In such a situation, it may turn out that a compact stroller passes into the elevator, but the baby himself does not fit into it.
