Vitamins "Alphabet" for children

When choosing high-quality vitamins for a child, parents have to deal with a wide variety of vitamin preparations in pharmacies. To make the right choice, you should learn more about the composition and characteristics of taking the most popular multivitamins for children. One of these drugs are vitamins Alphabet.

Features:

Complex vitamin supplements Alphabet are developed on the basis of recommendations, taking into account the compatibility of nutrients in such preparations. Therefore, in them, the daily dosages of vitamins are divided into three formulas in which they are combined in the best way and do not interfere with the assimilation of each other. This increases the effectiveness of the supplements themselves (the manufacturer claims that it improves by 30-50%), and the frequency of allergies to multivitamins is minimized.

The supplement for babies under 3 years old does not contain dyes, flavors or preservatives, and the vitamins themselves are presented as a rapidly dissolving powder. The purchase of a drink that is prepared from it has a bright orange hue, due to the presence of beta-carotene in the composition of two types of sachets.

Kindergarten, Shkolnik and Teenager chewable tablets also contain no artificial colors, preservatives or flavors. Supplements are designed for the age at which they are recommended, for example, a 2-year-old child should be given the Kindergarten complex, and 11-year-old children should be given the Shkolnik drug, because it is precisely such complexes that will provide their nutritional needs.

Instructions

Dosage

  • The daily dosage of the drug Our baby is presented in three sachets.
  • Daily dose of multivitamins Kindergarten, Schoolboy or Teenager - three chewable tablets of different colors.
  • The daily dosage of the Classic vitamin complex is 3 tablets.

How to use

Sasha Nash Malysh is given to the child during the meal three times a day in any sequence. Each bag is mixed with 30 ml of boiled warm water and stirred vigorously, and then given to the baby. If, for some reason, vitamins were not taken in one of the meals, you can make a drink from the forgotten sachet or from the next sachet at the next meal. In this case, the solution should always be prepared before taking.

Tablet forms of vitamins Alphabet can be taken during the day in two ways:

  • Twice a day. The daily dose is divided into 2 doses - 1 tablet and 2 tablets. They are taken in the morning and evening in any order.
  • Three times a day. The manufacturer calls this method of reception more preferable. The interval between taking individual tablets is 4-6 hours.

Chewable preparations are given to the child to chew during meals, and Classic tablets should be swallowed and washed down with a small amount of water. The manufacturer also allows a single intake of any of the vitamin complexes in a daily dose, but at the same time warns that the effect of such use will be comparable to the use of any other vitamins, which do not take into account the compatibility of different nutrients.

Duration of admission

It is recommended to take any of the Alphabet vitamin and mineral complexes within 1 month. To completely eliminate the lack of vitamins, the manufacturer recommends taking two or three courses of Alphabet preparations with a pause between them of 10-15 days.

Reviews

Many mothers who have chosen supplements from the Alphabet line for vitamin prophylaxis were satisfied with such complexes. Their greatest advantage is the separation of components by compatibility. In addition, Alphabet drugs are called available because they are available in most pharmacies and are relatively inexpensive.

Children in most cases tolerate such vitamins well. Mothers who gave the Alphabet to babies often note a decrease in the frequency of viral infections, an improvement in appetite and sleep, and a better exercise tolerance in the sports section or with tutors.

As for the lack of vitamins Alphabet, some children do not like the taste of the pills, and in rare cases they are allergic to such vitamins. Also, mothers do not like the fact that they have to take multivitamins Alphabet three times a day. Forgetful parents often skip an appointment and note that it is more convenient to drink one pill, however, they will not receive the benefits that Alphabet complexes provide.
