Hello! Apple juice is introduced into complementary foods from 6 months. After a morning feed, you can give half a teaspoon and observe for allergic reactions throughout the day. If all is well, then the next day you can give a whole teaspoon, also in the morning. During the week, gradually increase the amount of juice; by the end of the week, the child should drink 15 grams of juice 2 times a day. Freshly squeezed juices should not be given until 12 months.
Vitamin D should not be given to a child just like that, consult your pediatrician.
