After childbirth

5 problems after childbirth

After giving birth, many mothers face such problems as: hair loss, excess weight, deterioration of the skin, problems with the gums. Today I will tell you what helped me cope with them.

Hair loss

After childbirth, hair falls out due to low estrogen levels, stress, lack of vitamins, sleep and rest. To restore healthy hair, eat more vegetables and fruits, take a complex of vitamins. And also give up elastic bands, hairpins and hairpins.

Once a week, I do a simple yet effective hair strengthening mask. Mix two tablespoons of dry mustard, two tablespoons of burdock oil, a spoonful of sugar and yolk. Mix and apply to damp hair for 5-10 minutes.

Inflammation of the gums

Another problem is the sensitivity and bleeding of the gums. Special care helped me to make them healthy: a paste and a rinse with natural ingredients, for example, with chamomile. Such care has a comprehensive effect on the entire oral cavity, strengthens the gums, protects the teeth from caries and freshens breath.

Weight gain

I got in shape after giving birth in a few months thanks to daily physical activity, exercise and walking in the fresh air and proper, healthy diet. Do not rush to lose weight too quickly, remember that the optimal weight loss for a young mother is 200-400 grams per week. To do this, it is enough to consume 300-500 kilocalories less than the daily norm, which with an inactive lifestyle is 2000 kilocalories.

Stretch marks

Unfortunately, you cannot completely remove stretch marks. However, it is quite possible to make them less visible. A coffee scrub can help with this. To make it, mix one tablespoon, one tablespoon of medium-ground coffee, one tablespoon of sugar, and three tablespoons of coconut oil. Massage the scrub onto problem areas after the bath.

Skin condition

After pregnancy, I had problems with my skin: it became dull and dry, and began to peel off. To refresh and moisturize the skin, I make the following mask: I mix one tablespoon of oatmeal with a small amount of natural yogurt to form a medium thick gruel, then add one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of olive oil. I hold the mask for 15 minutes and wash my face.
